This is a diet that my friend circulated to me. I found it great! I am a vegetarian so this diet chart does not include meat/fish
It goes like this 1/2 litre of untoned(FAT ) milk as milk ( this does not include curds and buttermilk) this converted is 4 glass of milk in a day.
Once I have it with a protein additive ( its called proteinex)
Breakfast is: 1 cup of fruits ( 1/2 apple/1/2 pear/1/2 pomegranate) 30 mins b4 breakfast 1 glass of oats cooked in milk, with some tiffin , assortment of almonds,2 pistachos, 2 acroot.
Mid morning - buttermilk and 1/2 apple
Lunch ( Normal s.indian spread ( 1 1/2 cups of rice..sambhar curd,veg and with 1 cup of extra spinach cooked with dal daily ( abt 250 gms of spinach )
Mid afternoon: sprouts every alternate day ( have some sundal without the coconut and seasonings) evening some tiffin with 1 glass of milk ( proteinex)
Dinner (b4 8:00 pm) Rotis(2) and some veg Night 1 glass of milk If you are prone to diabetes or on guard ...you can replace rice with some ragi or whole wheat substitute. cut bananas and sugar in milk ...
Also have a cheese slice or paneer everyday ...
